FAQs
Before you start
Do I choose my child’s tutor?
No. After you register and choose subjects, our team assigns a vetted tutor suited to your child’s curriculum and needs. If you have any concerns about the match, speak to our team.
How are Borderless tutors vetted?
Tutors submit their qualifications and identification for review, confirm they have a working laptop, stable internet and a quiet place to teach, and speak with our team before they are approved and assigned to learners.
How are classes delivered?
Borderless classes are live and one to one online. Ask during your consultation about onsite group tutoring at our Ajah centre.
What does my child need for online classes?
A laptop or tablet, a stable internet connection and a quiet place to learn. Headphones help but are not required.
How will I know how my child is progressing?
Each subject follows a three-month learning plan. Tutors share lesson notes, graded assignments and feedback on the platform.
How much does Borderless cost?
Fees depend on your child’s plan and are shown on the platform before you pay. Book a free consultation if you would like us to talk you through the options.
