These terms apply to your use of edurepublic.org, operated by EduRepublic Limited (“EduRepublic”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our services
EduRepublic provides education services including Borderless by EduRepublic (online tutoring), Tech Academy courses, Study Abroad guidance, and creative and event spaces at our centre in Ajah, Lagos. Specific services may have their own terms, prices and policies, which we will share with you before you enrol, pay or book.
Registration, payment and classes for Borderless take place on the Borderless platform at eduvirtual.edurepublic.org, where the platform’s terms also apply.
Enquiries, applications and bookings
- Sending an enquiry, consultation request or application through this website does not create a contract or guarantee a place, tutor or booking.
- Studio and event bookings are confirmed by our team and are only secured once payment is received. Facility rules, caution fees and charges for extra time or add-ons will be shared when your booking is confirmed.
- For Study Abroad, admission decisions are made by institutions and visa decisions by immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee any outcome.
- Please give accurate information. We may decline or cancel a request if information is false or misleading.
Payments
Where payment is taken online, it is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. Prices, refund and cancellation terms are those confirmed to you at the time of purchase or booking.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to break the law, upload harmful files, send spam, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the website’s operation. Respect other people and our staff, online and at our centre.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, logos and course materials, belongs to EduRepublic or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell or republish it without our written permission.
Links to other websites
We link to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, social media and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first. A dispute not settled within two weeks will be referred to arbitration by a single arbitrator at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse under the Lagos State Arbitration Law, with the seat of arbitration in Lagos.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
